Dr. Watson

Dr. John H. Watson is a fictional character created by Sir Arthur Conan Doyle who appears alongside Sherlock Holmes in his stories. The character made his first appearance in the 1887 novel A Study in Scarlet.

While the final work by Doyle to feature Watson and Holmes was the 1927 story The Adventure of Shoscombe Old Place, the pair’s last appearance in the canonical timeline occurs in the 1917 work His Last Bow.
