Ivan Sergeevich Turgenev

Ivan Sergeyevich Turgenev (1818–1883) was a prolific Russian writer whose body of work spanned novels, short stories, poetry, and plays. In addition to his creative writing, he served as a translator and was a key figure in popularizing Russian literature throughout the West.
