David Goggins

David Goggins is an American motivational speaker, athlete, and author. A former United States Air Force JTAC and retired United States Navy SEAL, he is also an accomplished ultramarathon runner, ultra-distance cyclist, and triathlete. In 2019, he was inducted into the International Sports Hall of Fame for his achievements in sports and his service in the United States Armed Forces.

Goggins is the author of the New York Times Best Seller memoir Can’t Hurt Me: Master Your Mind and Defy the Odds.
